The Riverwood Loft offers a modern loft-style home designed for comfort, privacy, and easy access to some of the most sought-after destinations in the region. Located just 5 minutes outside of Rexburg, it serves as an ideal home base for exploring Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Island Park, and Jackson Hole. The property offers a unique balance of privacy and convenience. You’ll feel tucked away in nature while still being just a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure or a slower-paced getaway, the space is designed to help you recharge. Inside, the loft features an open layout with tall ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light and views of the surrounding trees. The interior combines clean, modern finishes with warm touches to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The home includes two bedrooms arranged for a restful stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. Airbeds with bedding are available upon request for additional flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, KitchenAid mixer, blender, crockpot, and a full set of cookware and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to Yellowstone or cooking dinner after a full day of exploring, you’ll have everything you need. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and essential toiletries. Extra linens and a hair dryer are also provided. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with laundry supplies for longer stays. We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs so you can enjoy your trip together. To keep the home comfortable for all guests, we ask that dogs are house-trained and do not shed excessively, stay off beds and furniture, and are not left unattended unless kenneled. We also ask that any messes are cleaned up promptly. Pets are required to be added to the reservation prior to booking. ⸻ Outdoor Living The outdoor space is designed to be just as enjoyable as the interior. Guests can relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit while enjoying the quiet surroundings. The mature trees provide a strong sense of privacy and create a peaceful setting throughout the day. The hot tub is available year-round and is a favorite way to unwind after hiking, fishing, or exploring nearby national parks. To help maintain water quality, guests are asked to rinse before use and avoid bringing food or glass near the tub. Additional cleaning or damage may result in extra charges. ⸻ Location The Riverwood Loft is located in a quiet rural area just outside of Rexburg.
