There are approximately 10-12 stairs going down to the basement unit from the reception area. Other things to note 1) The host family lives in the same property over ground & first floors. The rental unit is a fullly independent apartment in the basement and has a private entrance. No space will be shared with the host except for laundry. 2) Smoking is not allowed other than during summers and strictly over the patio which is connected to the family room and guests to show the decency to empty the ashtray or any butts before check out. Winter Notes: During heavy snowfalll, we will do our best to keep the driveway and walkways clear and salted.
