Welcome to the Schömberg-Schwarzenberg apartment in the beautiful Northern Black Forest. The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house in a quiet & relaxed neighborhood. Wonderful cycling & hiking trails start right outside the door. It is a few minutes' walk to the forest. The apartment has a balcony where you can end the evening with a cool drink in peace. The nearest playground is 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes' walk. The space Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area and enjoy the great view. The hallway leads to the bright living room with access to the balcony. The sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00). Here you also have a large flat-screen TV at your disposal – in case the weather is not so great. In the separate bedroom you will find a good night's sleep. The bed offers plenty of space with 1.80 × 2.00 meters and the wardrobe has plenty of storage space for you. The bedroom also leads directly to the sunny balcony, where you have sun almost all day. There is also a bright and modern bathroom with a floor-level shower. The apartment has been fully renovated recently and brought up to date. The whole apartment is heated by underfloor heating. Parking in front of the house, on the wall on the street is sufficiently available. Guest access We are happy to welcome you personally and show you your apartment. Arriving without us is also possible at any time with a key box. Other things to note Wallbox for charging electric vehicles can be used by arrangement. A tourist tax of 2 euros per adult per night is due. This is paid on site. This also gives you the guest card with many discounts and you can use it to use public transport for free!
