Away from the crowds, but convenient to city highlights. 7 minutes from Calea Victoriei Street surrounded with historical buildings. 25 minutes walking distance to Old Town and Bucharest North Train Station at 15 minutes. The house has been recently completely renovated and it is fully furnished with new and modern furniture including Queen size bed (160x200) and King Size bed (180x200) . 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens + living rooms and 2 bathrooms . The GARDEN will hold a special place in your experience! We use high-quality cleaning products, antibacterial detergents and take pride of providing a clean, sanitary apartment to each of our guests! We believe that a guest should NEVER be required to do ANYTHING other than enjoy his or her vacation experience, therefore we do not require our guests to strip the beds, start a load of laundry or vacuum at check-out. Our guests self-cater during their stay but paying the cleaning fee means they do not have to do the chores they do at home, on their last day/night of vacation. Fully equipped kitchen (mini refrigerator, stove, toaster, sandwich maker). Coffee is very important to us, and we provide an Automatic Espresso Machine as well as regular grounded coffee for our guests to choose what suits them best. You can prepare a mild breakfast, the kitchen is equipped with utensils and many things for cooking. We do not have an OVEN, but we have a very good restaurant 10 meters from our house: Old Kitchen Restaurant. Iron machine and board; air conditioning; cable TV; free Netflix and HBO; Wireless high-speed internet access. In the neighbourhood, there are beside the local attractions, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, shops, cafes, restaurants. Also, if you need anything during your stay, we are open to help. Just ask us and we will be glad to help! Early check-in and later check-out free, is possible depending on the check-out and check-in of our guests. Usually, check-out until 11AM and check-in after 3PM. We have a laundry room in the building. Just let us know to tell you how to access the laundry room. You can do it yourself or IF the cleaning lady is available, she can do it for you. If needed, we can provide extra towels and sheets at any time during your stay, without extra fees! You will not find something you need in our apartments, just ask without hesitation, with common sense :), of course no extra fees. Parking available for free for 1 car on our street and in the whole city center of Bucharest on BLUE LINES. *** Due to local lows, we will need to ask you for some ID's of guests to fill the arrival local forms as all hotels do at check-in. Guest access Entire House Other things to note House rules: - No smoking. No parties. * For private events or team buildings, please get in touch with us first, do not book as we have other rules and prices and the booking will be canceled. - Not suitable for pets - We have a big garden with many comfortable chairs :) There are 2 turrets/terraces in our garden, you can use whichever is free, we have 2 apartments and 1 shared big garden. We kindly ask to please put back the pillows from the seats in the basket in case it rains. - Please do not throw cigarettes in the garden. - In the wardrobe you will find blankets for garden in case it is cold - Our cleaning lady will come often times to maintain the garden and do the laundry, so if you need anything, please let us know. - We have a laundry room in the building. Just let us know to tell you how to access the laundry room. You can do it yourself or IF the cleaning lady is available, she can do it for you. For urgent laundry service just let us know and we can find a paid laundry service for you. - During the night we have many lights in the garden, but we also have good curtains for a good sleep - There are 5 security cameras for safety purpose (one in the entrance hallway and the rest in the garden). - We have a SMART central heating, please do not try to change the thermostat, if it is too hot or too cold, please let us know. - If you brake or dirt something in the apartment, please let us know so we can solve it for the next guest. - As an alternative to walking, you will find within minutes walking distance, scooters to walk faster around, through Bolt/Uber App - We also recommend Uber/Bolt to get around by car - You can use whatever you find and need in our apartment (we have many things including coffee, which is very important for us :)) - For any inconvenience or if you notice something that you don’t like, we are open to feedback and change.
