La Cabane Suisse Normande

Welcome to  "La Cabane", a timeless accommodation, in total connection with nature, surrounded by meadows, wooded areas and horses. This peaceful place will offer you a privileged panorama of the Orne valley and the surrounding hills, for a stopover or a longer stay. Nature is omnipresent, as is the relief as marked as unexpected, a mountain air in Normandy! Here, we swap shoes for sneakers or hiking boots. The space The cabin consists of: - one bedroom with double bed (160x200) and blackout curtains. - a terrace with garden furniture and table for two with a bird 's-eye view of the valley. -A solar electrical installation, sufficient for the lighting and recharging of your devices. -Private dry toilet in the immediate vicinity and a water reservoir. - Linen and towels -A private bathroom with shower is 50m from the cabin. - In the evening you can observe the stars thanks to an astronomical bezel available on request. - There is no WIFI at the cabin but an access point is available next to the kitchen and bathrooms. -Animals accepted on request (We have a dog and a cat present on site). - Non-smoking accommodation (Ashtray outside). Guest access You have access to the parking lot, the cabin, the bathrooms and the outdoor kitchen (fridge, gas stove, barbecue...). You can store your bikes in a locked garage. We also rent electric ATVs. Other things to note Notice to Hosts coming by car!  The Cabin is nestled at the top of a hillside whose access to car will remind you of your last getaway in the Alps. The entrance to the property is suitable for the majority of vehicles. Nevertheless for sports car owners, we you recommend swapping it for a weekend for a higher-legged vehicle! Access to the cabin is on foot by a grassed path that crosses a natural meadow for 50 m. OUR FAVORITES: - Relax and relax at the SPA of Normandy Switzerland 5 mins walk from La Cabane. - Take a getaway on the Vélofrancette or the GR of Normandy Switzerland. -Profine a sunset at the paragliding takeoff site. - Walk on the site of Ganne Castle to discover in the shade of centuries-old trees its 12th century ruins. - Enjoy a galette at Carole and Vincent's at the "Route des crêpes" located 500 m away . - Walk in the late afternoon on the path of the Rochers des Parcs classified Natura 2000 - Leave for a multisport day (mountain biking - kayak - climbing) for nature lovers. - Commit to Route N°3 by Trail, accessible in a few steps from the Cabin for a technical and varied itinerary. - Pedal by electric mountain bike to discover the trails of Normandy Switzerland without ( too much! ) getting tired -Furnish with the family a summer luge descent, tubing in Clécy and an ice cream on the banks of the Orne - Dance at a concert party in Pont d 'ouilly, Clécy or Thury Harcourt. - Take a strong thrill bath with a paragliding christening, tree climbing, via ferrata or an elastic jump.
