With pool and game room The flat has 2 TVs (one 43" smart), 2 air-conditioning units, fans, minibar, microwave, 2 electric pots (one for rice), electric stove (2 burners), coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, fruit juicer, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Next to Praia das Conchas, Praia do Forte, Ilha do Japanese, Búzios, Arraial do Cabo and São Pedro da Aldeia. The space Flat Duplex in Condomínio Âncora, right in front of Praia do Peró in Cabo Frio/RJ. The apartment is Apart-hotel style, consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The room is at the top, having access by a wide and comfortable snail staircase. In the bedroom we have 1 double bed, 1 single bed and cabinets with hangers. Downstairs (living room), we have 1 single bed and 1 trundle bed (i.e. 3 single beds), accommodating 6 people in total. In the kitchen, we have all the necessary appliances and utensils (minibar, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, electric pots, blender, fruit juicer, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, drinking fountain with 20-liter bottle). Only the stove that is electric with 2 burners due to the requirement of the Fire Department. FOR SAFETY AND YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED AND BATH LINENS. We provide the pillows, though, WITHOUT PILLOWCASES. The Âncora Condominium is located in the best spot and location of Peró Beach, offering maximum security and tranquility. The place has cameras and with 24-hour reception available to all. Bairro do Peró and Praia do Peró belong to the first District of Cabo Frio, 3 km from Centro and 4 km from Praia do Forte. Praia das Conchas is next to Praia do Peró in the same sand 5 minutes walking through the sand. Japanese Island is 2.3 km from the Condo. Praia do Peró is considered one of the cleanest in Brazil, and one of the few to have the "Blue Flag" Certification. It offers no risk of drowning because it is flat sand. Children can be comfortable and free. In the neighborhood there is everything, you don't have to take the car out of the garage for anything. We have Shopping Peró 120 meters on the same street with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and others. The Mall is the local point and always has a live music. Behind the Shopping we have Rua do Moinho with minimarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and everything we need to not have to get out by car. Praia do Peró, the landscape, tranquility and security is what guests love most. Most of the people who stay in Peró come back again and also refer their relatives and friends to get to know this beach wonder. A true paradise (or paradise!!!).
