Plus, with your rental agreement, you get free access to Founder's Park next door, which offers all kinds of activities The space This is particular townhouse is located in the "T" building and it accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and is a perfect sleeping spot for kids and young adults alike. The full bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower and the full bathroom downstairs has a shower for you to refresh after a day of exploring. Gather in the living room on the sofa to watch a movie together on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a meal in the dining area that seats 4 plus 3 people at the kitchen counter. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor seating. Amenities at the EBC include a communal heated pool, clubhouse, communal charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, beach, marina etc. Fishing allowed from the dock, but you may need a fishing license. If you would like to bring your boat your can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina. **NO PETS ALLOWED** **NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT** Toiletries are not included Guest access Check in is at 4:00pm -Early check-in is based on availability and must be PRE-APPROVED. Additional fees may apply depending on the time requested. -Visit the guard house at the entrance and say you are staying at T8. You should have filled out the online registration forms already. If the guard is not at the gate house, please dial 2002 for assistance. -Obtain from the guard & display your parking decal for the duration of your stay. -Parking is unassigned, and you may use any available spaces and you must park head in only. Maximum 3 cars per townhouse. NO commercial vehicles -Linens, including sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, pillowcases and towels, etc are provided. -No food or drinks in the bedrooms. -For your convenience, a starter set of complementary supplies are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. Guests are responsible for additional supplies required throughout their stay. Shampoo, conditioner, etc are not provided. -Garbage days are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:00am and again at 11:00am. Please place all garbage bags on the front walkway of the condo for pickup. If excessive trash or recycling is found on the property there will be a minimum charge of $100, possibly more, depending on the amount found. Check out is at 11:00am -Late check-out is based on availability and must be PRE-APPROVED. Additional fees may apply depending on the time requested. -Please set the air conditioner temperature to 78 degrees -All windows, sliding doors and blinds should be closed & locked (if applicable) -All lights should be turned off -All trash should be removed from the home and placed outside for pick up -All dirty dishes (cups, flatware, pots, pans, etc.) should be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher should be started -All beds should be left unmade -All towels should be piled on the bathroom floor
