(1) The master king bedroom with walk-in shower, double vanity ensuite, and private veranda is located on the main level. (2) A queen guest suite with walk-in shower and double vanity ensuite is located on the 2nd level (3) & (4) Two queen guest suites are also located on the 2nd level. These bedrooms share a "jack & jill" style bathroom with a private toilet room, double vanity, and tub/shower combination. (5) A lower level (walk-out to lake level) bunk room boasts (2) queen beds and (2) twins. The lower level shared bath includes a private toilet room, double vanity, and an etched glass privacy walk in shower. All bedrooms feature California Closets, privacy shades, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans (except bunk room), and bedside clocks with charge ports. TV & WIFI: Spectrum high speed internet to easily handle your streaming or remote work needs. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the Samsung Smart TVs. AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING: Geothermal HVAC system keeps guest comfortable with air conditioning in the summer months, and heating in the cooler seasons. The living room gas fireplace provides cozy ambiance in cooler seasons as well. DINING, COOKING, & PANTRY ITEMS: A fully stocked kitchen awaits with professional grade dining and cooking items needed to prepare and enjoy meals with your group. A barista coffee center as well as a French Press are included. Basic pantry condiments and spices are available. Sponges, paper towels, napkins, dish/dishwasher soaps are included, as are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, laundry detergent, and bed/bath linens. A Traeger electric grill is also provided for outdoor grilling. PARKING: Spacious, easy parking for 3 vehicles with additional spots available. Also please keep in mind that the gated and paved driveway is sloped therefore winter visits should be made with a AWD or 4WD vehicle only. FIREPLACE/FIREPIT: The screened porch wood fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. The beachfront fire pit is available for guest use, and firewood/starting materials are provided. DOCK: Permanent dock installed April 2025 with a designated 34' guest slip. Additional dock space may be available during your travel dates - particularly if booked with cottage. Please inquire for details. COTTAGE: Our beautifully renovated cottage on the adjacent lot is available to rent as well during the summer months. It has room for 4 guests and is pet-friendly-see additional listing. If you'd like information about the possibility of renting BOTH properties, please forward an inquiry. Guest access This home is located within a gated 4-lot subdivision. Access information will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Kayaks and paddle boards in our beachfront racks are available for guest use/risk, and life jackets and towels are provided. The property beyond the treeline to the north is privately owned cottages in an association. The boathouse property to the south belongs to a neighbor. **Please do not enter or cross lots/trespass to other properties in any way, and please remind children of this as well.**
