The space The Madison Hotel offers a cozy communal Lobby, Parlor, and outdoor Courtyard area to socialize with other guests and enjoy during your stay. Kindly note that there is NO ELEVATOR on the property, and the second floor is accessible via stairs ONLY. Other things to note This property requires guests to be 21 and over, and non-service pets are strictly not allowed. In addition to a pre-arrival form, we require a $100 security deposit at check-in that will be returned at check-out pending any damages to the property or violations of policy. Please provide the first and last name of ALL guests occupying the property. Each room guarantees occupancy for two (2) guests ONLY. Extra guests outside of the booking are not permitted on site.
