A smart space that accommodates 3-4 guests. This is an apartment created within the house. Two bedrooms, 1 bath upstairs & a small area for preparing meals, a table & seating downstairs & a porch for sitting & enjoying the outdoors. Located in Gwinnett County close to everything! The space The bedrooms are small but comfortable. The space was remodeled so it feels brand new! Having the whole upstairs & the small space downstairs gives you ample space to enjoy your visit to the area, rest, rejuvenate, prepare meals & go out & explore the area. This space is also great for travel nurses & other medical professionals because it’s an efficiency apartment that allows them to rest, eat, refresh & go to work. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire efficiency unit. Other things to note You will receive a full refund of the cleaning fee if you leave my space exactly as you found it. This means: dishes washed in the dish washer, all spaces clean, floors swept & mopped, all tables & counter tops wiped down & inside the guest refrigerator, beds stripped & sheets & towels placed in bathtub. I will wash those. Bathroom cleaned thoroughly. All garbage taken out & placed in the dumpsters outside on the side of the driveway. Cleaning supplies will be available to you. If you prefer to have a relaxing stay & not worry about all this cleaning, my cleaning service will be happy to do the job for you!
