Bowjy Cottage provides a cosy escape, offering a home-from-home feel, perfect for families and couples alike. With a colour palette inspired by the Cornish coast, you'll find calming blues reflecting the ocean, deep greens and a pop of yellow similar to the pretty gorse that lines the south west coast path. Bowjy Cottage is a semi-detached, end of terrace barn conversion, with handy off-road parking in a shared driveway. As you enter the stone cottage, discover the inviting sitting room to your left and the superbly equipped kitchen to your right. You'll find two teal blue sofas in the sitting room, offering a pop of colour to the space. There's also a wall-mounted Television, should you be kept inside by the weather, along with books and games. On a summer's day, open up the double doors and allow fresh air to fill the space with ease. The french doors lead to a lovely private courtyard with a table and chairs for four guests. This is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or alfresco dinners cooked over the charcoal barbecue. You'll find a warm handheld shower in the courtyard, perfect for sandy toes or salty dogs, after a day at the beach! The beautifully presented kitchen has everything you'll need during your stay, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a lovely little bench. You'll also find a cupboard under the stairs with a washer/dryer for your use. Head upstairs to discover bedroom one to your left, spacious and characterful with exposed wooden beams and the comfort of a king-size bed. You will also find a lovely chair in bedroom one, which converts into a single bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. Please note, the maximum capacity for the property is 4 guests and we ask that you bring your own bedding, should you wish to use the chair bed. Bedroom two is perfect for younger guests with 3' twin single beds. At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom with a shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and high chair available on request. Fixed stairgate at the top of the stairs. Please be aware the stairs are steep in this property, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided for your arrival. Guest access Ground Floor: Kitchen With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a dining table with seating for four guests. Sitting room With electric fire, television and french doors to private courtyard. Cupboard under stairs with washer/dryer. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed and a single sofa bed. Please bring your own bedding for the sofa bed, should you wish to use it for alternative sleeping arrangements. Bedroom two With 3' twin single beds Family bathroom With shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail Outside: Private, enclosed courtyard at the rear of property with garden furniture, outdoor handheld shower and a charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking for one car in shared driveway directly in front of property.
