Welcome to our newly renovated room in Flörsheim! Ideal for up to 2 people, this 12 square meter room offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Equipped with a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm), private bathroom, TV, free internet, a small fridge and a coffee maker, it is perfect for short stays or travelers passing through. No cooking facilities. Separate entrance for maximum privacy. The space The room is right after the main entrance on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The bathroom is located directly in the room. There is no cooking facility as it is a modern, newly renovated and nicely furnished hotel room. More apartments available in the same building. If necessary, simply ask. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and access to their room and private bathroom. Thanks to self-check-in, they can arrive anytime after 2 PM. During your stay I am always available through the Airbnb app or by phone if guests need help checking in or have questions, and since I live in the same house, I am always there for them. Distance to important places: Frankfurt Airport: Just 15-20 minutes away by car, perfect for travelers who appreciate a short walk to the airport. Frankfurt am Main city center: In approx. 25-30 minutes by car. Alternatively, a direct regional train runs from Flörsheim train station to Frankfurt main train station in about 20 minutes. Mainufer: The Mainufer is a short walk away and invites you to relax, walk, bike or picnic. Public transport connection: Flörsheim train station: Only about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. From here there are regular train connections to Frankfurt, Mainz and Wiesbaden. Trains run about every 20 minutes, ideal for commuters and visitors. Bus stops: Several bus stops are nearby, which connect Flörsheim well with the surrounding villages. Parking options: Right in front of the apartment there are free parking spaces that can be used by guests. This is especially convenient for travelers with their own vehicle.
