The apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the noise and atmosphere of the historic city center, where the hustle and bustle of restaurants, bars, and tourists can sometimes be bothersome for those seeking tranquility and rest. At the same time, it has the advantage of being just a 5-minute walk from the central Plaza Constitución, Larios Street, and the Cathedral, as well as only 5 minutes from “El Corte Inglés” shopping Center. The space Ideal and perfect apartment for accommodating 2 people, although if necessary, we can accommodate up to 4 people in total. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed. Check-in is available until 9:30 pm. For arrivals after that time, we can offer personalized assistance and key handover during special hours, with a minimum surcharge depending on the arrival time at the apartment: • Key handover between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm: direct payment of €20. • Key handover between 11:30 pm and 2:00 am: direct payment of €30. This surcharge applies to arrivals at the apartment after 9:30 pm, including delays caused by flights or other means of transport. Additionally, please note that we provide 2 non-duplicable key sets. For security reasons, if the complete sets are not returned, we will need to change the lock for the safety of future guests, and an additional charge of €140 will apply. Please make sure not to lose the key sets.
