One of the oldest houses in Kimberley, this character home has been lovingly restored. Spacious and airy, with lovely views of the creek and ski hill. Located walking distance from the platzl (along a shady creek side path) and less than 10 minutes from golf courses and backs right onto trails. The space Home includes 3 bedrooms and one 4 piece bath with claw foot tub on upper floor. Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen on main, with washer dryer in basement. At this time bedrooms are a large/master w king bed and medium size room with queen bed, the third being an office/yoga room. If you need a third bedroom just ask :). Beautiful deck to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, or relax in the shade under a big maple tree. Old fashioned covered porch in front is perfect for lazy summer afternoons. The yard is a bit wild but beautiful to sit under the apple tree, and has its own little trail leading to the rails to trails connector. Guest access Entire home and yard is for guests’ exclusive use.
