The space It is a fully wooden house, designed by its owners with functionality and aimed at sharing moments with unique views of one of the best locations in the Tigre Delta. There is only one neighbor (landlord), all the surrounding jungle belongs to the property and is protected as a Nature Reserve - Ecosystem of preserved wetlands. It is a 20-year-old house, with its own beach and an exclusive access marina. The nights show the immensity of the river and the sky in a place that is free of visitors. Guest access THE ISLAND IS NEVER RENTED WITH LIFEGUARD SERVICE OR EXPERT GUIDES. IT IS A NATURAL, WILD ENVIRONMENT WITH RIVERS OF STRONG CURRENTS AND DAILY TIDES. SAFETY ON WALKS AS WELL AS SWIMMING AND/OR WATER SPORTS IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH GUEST. CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER DIRECT AND PERMANENT PARENTAL SUPERVISION THROUGHOUT THE STAY. ATTENTION: FOR RENTALS WITH LESS THAN 5 PASSENGERS, ONLY THE MAIN BATHROOM AND TWO BEDROOMS ARE ENABLED. THERE MAY BE A LACK OF ENERGY SUPPLY FOR PROLONGED PERIODS WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO REFUND. Only candles in case of power outages. The provision of sheets and towels has a cost of $25,000 per stay if requested. -THE RATE INCLUDES A DAILY ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION OF 50 KW/DAY.
