Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Beachcomber Royale, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers. Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days. Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare. There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security. Please note that we purchased this home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We politely ask that you remember our neighbors live here for the same reasons.
