Technically a studio, but with a big divider. Feels like a one-bedroom because of the spaciousness and the division. On the bedroom side there is a comfortable work station with office chair and international outlets. The apartment has a well functioning Air Conditioner. Incredible, spacious balcony with stunning views. Facing the backyard and pool. Direct access to balcony from office and bedroom area. Great wifi. TV in the living room. Guests love this property because it is spacious, and bright. Probably the biggest studio apartment you will find in the area. Location is unbeatable. All of Palermo Soho is within walking distance, as well as Avenida Santa Fe. Laundromat in the basement floor. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible for the duration of your stay. To access the building, you use the electronic key fob attached to your key. Scan it on the electronic scanner. You need the key to enter and exit the building. You also put the key fob on the scanner to open the door from the inside. Lock the apartment door when going out, as it is not an automatic lock like most Buenos Aires apartments. You will however be less likely to lock yourself out of the apartment. Everything inside the apartment is free for you to use. The pool is free for anyone to use and it is open between 8am to 10pm. The pool is not heated and may only be maintained and open during the warmer months usually from November through March. The same goes for the common area and barbecue, but keep in mind that people can book it in advance for private events and this has to be respected.
