The fully equipped house includes a living room with a foldaway bed for 2 people and 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet area. A kitchen with a counter for meals or aperitifs, all for a total of 50 m². Relax on the 50 m2 terrace, where rainwater harvesting cleverly nourishes plants in planters or pots, in the absence of arable land. This constraint has inspired creative solutions. Responsible water management embodies proactive thinking in the face of climate challenges. The plants are watered using the rainwater collector and ollas, reflecting anticipation of climate variations and demonstrating the possibilities and commitment to agroecological practices. The gate must always remain closed to prevent a cow, a wild boar or a goat from coming to feast on the plants or vegetables there! A butcher comes by with his truck on Wednesdays between 2 pm and 3 pm every week. A baker delivers good bread around 10:30 a.m. every day. The bakery is closed on Mondays (it is best to order the day before). The bakery is a 10-minute drive away in the village of Focicchia and is open until 1:00 p.m. There is also a very nice little bar/restaurant called "A Casetta", which is open daily for lunch and dinner, except on Monday evenings and Tuesdays.
