The space • Enjoy your private 1600 sq. ft. secure living space downstairs, featuring a separate entrance on the side to the back of the main house. The main house is partially situated above the guest suite, but owner mostly stays in the section that is not directly overhead. • This accommodation features two large bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, luxurious pillows, and soft, clean linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are brightened by ample natural light from large windows and boast extensive closet space for storage. Situated between the bedrooms is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with individual vanities on each side, offering both comfort and privacy. • A cozy third bedroom is equipped with a twin bed, a bunk bed, a walk-in closet, and a computer desk/chair, perfect for remote work or study during your vacation. • There is an additional bathroom at the end of the hallway. • The living area includes a sofa with a pull-out sleeper to accommodate extra guests. • Streaming service includes Netflix and Disney to access your favorite movies, shows, and sports. • A full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, along with dishes, bowls, tableware, and utensils are provided. • An outdoor BBQ grill on the patio is available for those who wish to barbecue while enjoying the surrounding hills and nature. No kitchen. No indoor cooking allowed due to high wildfires risk. • A filtered faucet for safe drinking water. • A dining table and chairs are provided for your meals. • Conveniences include a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryers, and hair turbans for each room. ***The main house's driveway can accommodate up to two cars for parking. Parking on the side of the house is allowed temporarily for unloading purposes only. Due to limit park space and clearance, we cannot provide space for moving trucks, transit van, any kind of trailer, truck camper, RVs, or boat. Guest access You have 24/7 private key access to your accommodations. Level 2 Tesla charging is available for additional charge. Kindly upload a Google map with directions to the house, as the signal may be unreliable on the uphill journey. Other things to note *** NO SMOKING/ MARIJUANA USE/ VAPING/ CANDLES/ INCENSE OR OPEN FLAME are permitted inside or near the suite (this includes the backyard). If this rule is violated, guests will incur an Airbnb smoking fee to compensate for cleaning and damages. ***No guns or weapons are allowed on the property premises. ***Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times on the property and in the surrounding area. This includes firecrackers, sparklers, bottle rockets, and all other pyrotechnic devices. ***Parking Policy*** A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per reservation. Oversized vehicles—including moving trucks, transit vans, trailers, truck campers, RVs, and boats—are not allowed due to limited parking space and clearance. *** All overnight guests must be registered, and additional guests incur a fee. ***Please note:** Our home is nestled in a nature-rich setting, which offers a peaceful and scenic environment. While we perform thorough cleanings between guests and maintain regular pest control, occasional insects like spiders or flies may find their way indoors — especially if doors or windows are left open. This is a rare but natural part of being close to wildlife, and we do our best to minimize it. **Pet Policy** We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs, with a few important guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all: • A maximum of two dogs is permitted per reservation. • Aggressive breeds or dogs with a history of aggression are not permitted for the safety of all guests. • Dogs must be calm and non-disruptive, respecting the peace of the home and neighborhood. • Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or chairs to maintain hygiene and cleanliness for future guests. • Dogs should not be left unattended at any time during their stay—they must always be accompanied by their owner. • Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets, including proper disposal of waste to maintain a sanitary environment.
