Welcome to wine country! Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS 1970s Mid Century Dome house on a private 6 acre ranch. Beautiful country setting only minutes to best restaurants, adventures, and wine tasting! Amazing location, sleeps 6, and with awe dropping architecture you can't go wrong! Must sign rental agreement upon booking. There is a second house on the property rented separately. The space Two queen beds and main couch movable for additional bed area as well. One full bathroom on main level with separate tub and shower. There are no doors for privacy for bedrooms and bathroom does not have curtains/ blinds. Property is in the country on a dirt road so there can be wildlife and dust present. There is a fireplace for heating and portable A/C units for cooling. Distances: Bella Luna and Clesi Wineries 2.5 miles (MANY wineries 10-15 mins away) Atascadero Downtown 4 miles Paso Robles 12 miles San Luis Obispo 20 miles Guest access There is a separate property to the right that is rented separately. Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Other things to note We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests. Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords Property is on well water so bottled water is recommended. Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
