The home is available to use, as well as the 5 acres of property. Which include a gentle pasture, with a pond & creek running through that is overlooked by our gazebo. ***IMPORTANT*** This is a rural mountain cabin. There is abundant wildlife that may make an appearance during your stay. These animals and insects include bears, snakes,spiders,deer,turkey,birds,various flying insects,raccooons,and many others. This is completely normal for this region, and it is very likely you will spot one or more of the above while you enjoy your stay. Please do not attempt to engage with wildlife, feed, or harass in any way. Keep food out of vehicles, and lock all vehicle doors. -Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old & present at the property with their group (No 3rd party booking). -This home features a full home automatic backup generator for the rare occasion that a power outage occurs. -No smoking indoors. Cigarette butts left on grounds will result in an extra cleaning charge. -Parties and events are not allowed. -Pets & ESA are not allowed. -A signed rental agreement & $500.00 security hold are required for all bookings. Shortly after booking, you will receive an email with the E-sign document & link to process the $500.00 security hold on your card (Hold is not placed until 48 hours before check-in.)
