The space This home is beautifully updated, family and dog friendly, and has everything you need to make your stay in Santa Barbara wonderful. NOTE: The living room rug has been removed due to pet accidents. All else is as pictured. Other things to note If there is something you need at the home that we do not have, please reach out as we try our best to accommodate! As a note, we have a studio space on property that is vacant most of the year. The owner will occasionally be there, however there is no access to the home or the main yard so your space stays private. As a note, the trash and recycling bin are on the side, near the gate in the main yard. The owner may need to put their trash and recycling in the bins before trash day, if so, they will enter the side gate for a few seconds, put their trash / recycling in there, and leave.
