There is a Queen sofa bed in the game room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, nightstands and flat-screen smart TVs. ☆KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: The family kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of counter space. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded. The refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s groceries. Take advantage of the crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker and other appliances needed as well as a dishwasher. The living room is designed to bring everyone together with comfortable couches in front of the flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons. ☆RESORT POOL: Open from June to Labor Day and free for all our guests. You need the lanyard and access tags hanging by the door! About a 5 minute walk from the cabin or a 1 minute drive. There’s a large parking lot in front of the pool available. Note: the neighborhood can close the pool at any time without warning for cleanings or servicing the pool. Guests won’t be able to access the pool during that time. While this happens rarely, we cannot guarantee that you will have full access at all times during your stay. The pool opening is determined by the HOA and pool temps. We cannot allow access until the neighborhood gives approval. ☆HOT TUB: Step out onto the spacious outdoor deck and soak in the beautiful natural surroundings from the hot tub. With plenty of space to unwind and breathe in the fresh mountain air, you'll feel rejuvenated and refreshed. ☆CHARCOAL GRILL: The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal. ☆BABY GEAR: Need baby gear during your stay? There is more info in the Guidebook! Guest access Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property. Parking is available in front of the house with up to 3 cars. Make sure you pull in straight or at a slight angle. Backing in may be the best for larger vehicles. From here, you’re just a short drive from local grocery stores, retail shops, and some of Tennessee’s most popular attractions. Designed with traveling families in mind, this five-star cabin is the best way to experience the Great Smoky Mountains A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. Other things to note Guests will enjoy private access to the entire cabin, complete with a simple keyless entry system for added convenience. You'll have everything nearby, including local amenities and Tennessee's favorite attractions, ensuring a memorable experience. Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwashing soap and 2 pods, 1 paper towels, hand soap, 4 toilet paper, 1 trash can liners). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket, Target or Kroger near the neighborhood. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. ☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆ MAXIMUM of 6 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation. ☆ENTRY☆ The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ☆KITCHEN☆ Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, InstantPot, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and K cups. ☆LAUNDRY☆ Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. ☆REFUNDS☆ No refunds for weather will be given. We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property or private spaces. Stinkbug and ladybug season in the Smokies is upon us! We have a monthly pest control service, and you may see ladybugs or stinkbugs inside as a result of the treatment, and this is very common in the mountains as they like to sneak inside buildings. We appreciate your understanding. A broom, handheld vacuum as well as Swiffer is available for your use as needed. It is available in the closet with the washer/dryer. Power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. There are flashlights and portable lanterns available if needed in the closet with the washer/dryer. You will be in the Smoky Mountains and can potentially come across bears, elk, deer, and other wildlife that are native to the mountains. Do not approach the animals. Put all trash in the bear proof trash cans, make sure it’s locked. Do not keep any food or drinks in your car. Lock your car doors.
