This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a full kitchen, and dining room bathed in natural light from which you can appreciate the backyard and pool. Speaking of backyard, you'll enjoy the sunny South Florida days sitting under the beautiful thatched roof palapa. The large pool has a beach shelf and an integrated hot tub, and a fountain! The home also features blazing fast WiFi signal (1Gbps), full size washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a brand-new cooktop and a countertop oven that is also a steam oven and air-fryer as well. Imagine yourself lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink in hand, the sun casting a warm glow as you unwind in this idyllic setting. As the day turns to night, venture out to explore the bustling streets of Wilton Manors. Savor delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, sip on craft cocktails at lively bars, and discover unique treasures at local shops. Every moment at this guesthouse is an opportunity to create unforgettable memories. From lazy afternoons by the pool to nights filled with laughter and exploration, your time here will be filled with joy and discovery. A typical day here may look like this: Wake up, brew a delicious cup of coffee and take in the lovely view of the lush grounds. You can also visit one of the most quaint little breakfast spots in Fort Lauderdale called Egg & U Diner. It's owned by a British woman who welcomes all Fort Lauderdale locals every morning with a warm smile, and where the servers are as lovely as they are irreverent. They've been there for 60+ years, and it's a “must-visit” destination. Right in the same small shopping center, there's a consignment store called Decades. Here you can find your next treasured home decor item. They have anything from Restoration Hardware furniture all the way to a unique bauble discovered at a thrift store. All in great shape and ready to occupy that perfect spot in your home. If some beach time is in order, you're very close to Fort Lauderdale Beach, which is between Oakland Park Blvd (Northern point), and Las Olas Blvd (Southern point). The closer to Oakland Park you get the quieter and more peaceful it is. If you enjoy a little more activity, people and volleyball, head towards Las Olas! You're welcome to use the beach chairs and towels that are at the property. All along A1A, the road bordering the beach, there's plenty of parking and many bars and restaurants for you to visit. After you've relaxed, you may want to head back to the home in Wilton Manors, the super fun LGBTQ district. You can grab a bite at Tulio's Tacos, (try the Smokey Pineapple Margarita, you'll thank me!), and any of their tacos are delicious. Here you'll see locals and tourists mingle as they walk from gastropub to gastropub all along the Wilton Drive strip. We suggest you also try another local hangout: Apt. 9F, which sits across the street from Tulio's Tacos, and serves great wines and tapas. Please tell Carol and Nancy (the owners) that Alex & Ray sent you, they'll treat you extra nice ;-). There's plenty of places to enjoy a great dinner such as Union Kitchen and Bar (also in Wilton Manors), try their Japanese Old Fashion, it'll change your life. Also, if you like pasta, mushrooms and you love truffle, try their Porcini Campanelle, heaven on a plate! If good Peruvian is your thing, Bravo is a great option. They began with gourmet sandwiches, which are a must, and then expanded their menu to full offering of delicious Peruvian dishes. Their Ceviche de Corvina is perhaps the best one, or the Lomo Saltado if you're in the mood for steak. Portions are good sized. When you're ready to turn in, enjoy the amazing water pressure of our showers. This property features our brand-new Le Chateau Soft Cloud Percale luxury bed linen and towels for a heavenly sleep and bath experience every time. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the grounds. Other things to note + No pets allowed + DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. There's a $1500 fee if plumbing is clogged due to flushing of wipes. + No smoking inside the rooms please, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. You're welcome to smoke outside. + No loud noise/music after 9PM. + Some guests may find that the color of the water coming from the faucets may have a yellowish tint. The yellow coloration occurs naturally in regions across the nation where water flows through peat soil. The city's water comes from the Biscayne Aquifer. Fort Lauderdale's water is perfectly clean and potable.
