Hazel Cottage is a characterful cottage set in beautiful Devonshire countryside. This charming 2 bed cottage sleeps 4 and has its own private garden & parking. Only 1 mile to the Tarka Trail, 5 minutes drive to multiple shops, cafes, takeaways & resturants in Torrington, 15 minutes drive to Bideford and 20 minutes drive to the popular beaches of Instow & Westward Ho! Other attractions nearby include RHS Rosemoor, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal, The Milky Way Adventure Park & Exmoor Zoo. The space Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe with hanging space, bedside tables, dressing table, hairdryer. Twin bedroom with 3 foot wide bunk beds, bedside table, chest of drawers. Views of the private garden. Please note that the top bunk is only suitable for people over 6 years of age and each bunk has a weight limit of 100kg. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath available by request. Please message prior to your stay should you require these. Cot linen not provided. Shower room with electric shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail. 1 x bath sheet & 1 x hand towel supplied per person. Please bring your own towels for the beach etc. Living room/kitchen area with views of the countryside, SMART TV, dining table, board games, selection of DVDs. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking home prepared meals with kettle, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment. Pots, pans, utensils & trays. Outside area has a table & 4 chairs and a BBQ. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, the garden & parking area. Other things to note We offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or more. Please note that this property is located in a rural position with the nearest supermarket and shops a 5 minute drive away and the nearest restaurant 1 mile away. There are 3 steps down and two steps up to access the property. There is a drop in the garden therefore young children may need to be supervised when using the garden. The neighbouring field contains cows & sheep who quite often like to come up to the fence to say hello. No pets due to neighbouring farmland. Some noise may be heard very occasionally from the farm nearby such as farm machinery & farm animals. Whilst we do provide WiFi the connection can be slow at times due to the rural location of the property. The property is semi-detached to the owners home.
