Our delightful apartment of 72 m2 features 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, offering all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The spacious living area includes a double bed (160x200) and a Smart TV for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (160x200), making the apartment ideal for families or groups of friends. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, perfect for preparing meals. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment's prime location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Puerto Marina de Benalmádena is just a short stroll away. With easy access to Malaga and other attractions on the Costa del Sol, you'll have everything you need for a fantastic stay. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. - Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. - For reservations longer than 2 months, a 2-month deposit is required, which can be made via bank transfer.
