This bright, modern 2+1BD, 2BA corner suite, comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, making it the perfect spot for trips with family and friends. Within 30-minute stroll around the neighborhood: - Exhibition Place - Budweiser Stage - Stack Market - The Well - CN Tower - Ripley's Aquarium - Rogers Center - King W/Queen W The space Our condo suite consists of two queen beds, a single foldable bed, a comfortable sofa, WiFi internet, a smart TV with streaming services and online games, has a full kitchen, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer & dryer and a large private balcony. The unit comes with fresh linens and towels, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, and essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and complimentary coffee and tea. Moreover, the unit is packed with entertainment options. We've subscribed to TV streaming services like Netflix and Bell on Demand TV, and there is PS4 for gaming. You'll also find board games and a selection of books to keep everyone entertained. The condo building also offers fantastic amenities, including indoor pool, sauna, and a fully equipped exercise room/gym for your convenience. A private underground parking spot is also available for 1 vehicle. If additional parking spot is required, message us and we can request for an extra space. Also, a baby playard is available upon request for your convenience. Guest access We've arranged for you to access the keys through KeyCafe, located at the entrance of the 209 Fort York building.
