The idea of setting up an Airbnb in the existing chalet in the garden was executed with extreme care, and every detail was created to fulfill the concept of personalized accommodation. This means that guests will feel at home, rather than in a hotel or a guesthouse environment. The garden is lush with dense tropical vegetation, highlighted by a giant 30-meter-tall/98-foot-tall Amazonian tree. We reserved a generous portion of the garden for exclusive guest use. In this area, guests can enjoy a grassy lawn, sunbathe, exercise, practice yoga, relax in a beautiful hot tub, cool off in an outdoor shower, sway in a hammock in the shade, have a drink, and cook, all around a stunning jabuticaba tree. The first floor of the chalet opens directly to the outdoor area and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a finely decorated bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor of the chalet, where the suite is located. The property is situated within a high-end Residential Condominium in a prestigious area of Barra da Tijuca, featuring clubs, a golf course, an equestrian center, an open-air shopping mall, markets, restaurants, bars, and all necessary amenities. In front of the condominium, there is an access point (taxi boat) to the lagoon islands (Gigoia Island and others). The tour is spectacular, with a wide range of bars and seafood restaurants. In the shopping mall next to the Condominium, you will find a pharmacy, a Japanese restaurant (Manekineko), Craft Beer, Premium Meats, a Wine Cellar, a Bike Shop, and the best Coffee Shop and Patisserie (Às Claras) in Rio de Janeiro. Just 1km from the Condominium is the "Jardim Oceânico" metro station, providing access to all the tourist spots in Rio de Janeiro. Guest access The chalet is located within a high-end residential Condominium with controlled entry, cameras, and 24-hour security. Access to the Condominium can be made by car, bus, or subway. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the Condominium and a subway station 1km/0.6mi from the property. This accommodation is not recommended for individuals with physical disabilities.
