Interior: The villa spans three floors, covering 500 sq m. GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance leading to a bright open-plan living and dining area with ornamental fireplace and large French windows opening to the garden; Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub; Guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tub; Two twin bedrooms (joinable beds), one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathroom with tub. A wooden gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen equipped with a marble counter, sink, and infrared barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
