With approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach, and centrally located between Nags head and Hatteras, our OCEAN SIDE home offers 3 bedrooms and a bonus room for extra lounge area or playroom for the kids. The home has a 1200 sq. ft. wrap around deck for outdoor dining, relaxing or entertaining and is located across Highway 12 from REAL Watersports and RADIKAL Kiteboarding. The area features kiteboarding lessons, great fishing, shops and dining. Recent updates include new stove, new carpeting, new HVAC, new roof, all new pots/pans, dishes, glassware, flatware. Amenities include: WIFI, beach chairs, gas grill, washer/dryer and roomy outdoor shower. 🛏 Sheets and towels are not provided.
