Little house in Mantiqueira

A comfortable and cozy little house with a beautiful view of the Serra da Mantiqueira mountains. Ideal for moments of rest, relaxation and contact with nature. Here you can enjoy moments with your family to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with what really matters. A true refuge with lavender, trails and lots of peace. The space The structure of the Casinha is quite complete: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hot water shower, living room with sofa bed and television, well-equipped kitchen with utensils, stove, minibar and microwave. Balcony in front of the house with lounge chairs overlooking the mountains. Very close to the balcony there is a growing coffee plantation (start of planting in 2023) and a children's playground. On the back porch there is a comfortable space with a table for outdoor meals. We offer all bed, table and bath items. We have wi-fi and, in some places on the property, a signal from the Vivo operator. The Casinha is part of Sítio Acolher, a space dedicated to lavender planting, reforestation, Yoga and astronomical observation. Sítio Acolher is located in the rural area of Itajubá and has several hiking trails. On our trails, it is possible to observe a vast diversity of flora and fauna of the Serra da Mantiqueira, passing through regions of stones, bamboo and water mines. The ranch has a deck and a space dedicated to Yoga classes and retreats. Ask us about availability and prices for yoga classes and meditation experiences during your stay. Guest access We are in a rural neighborhood near Itajubá (approximately 25 minutes from the city center to the Casinha). Access is by car or motorcycle, and a 4x4 car is not necessary. Part of the road is paved, but there are still stretches of dirt and stone that require a little more caution. Other things to note There are no neighbors very close by. The neighborhood where the ranch is located is quite safe, and we are part of a Military Police program called "Protected Neighborhood."
