Art Deco 1 Bedroom Annex

Our stylish Art Deco themed one-bedroom annex, is a private annex with own entrance and parking space, within our Art Deco house. The space The annex features a large art deco themed double bedroom with well equipped kitchenette and large on-suite walk in shower room. The shower room also includes a dressing table, with wall mounted hair dryer and shaver socket. The outside garden space includes bistro set and loungers. The kitchenette is well appointed and includes a "Nespresso" coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, air fryer and portable ceramic hob, as well as the utensils needed. A simple welcome pack of bread, butter, jams and milk will be provided. Tea, coffee & sugar is also included. We are located five minutes walk to the beach and local pubs. We are within easy reach of Arundel, Littlehampton and Chichester, Goodwood being just 20 minutes drive.
