Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the historic heart of Pisogne on Lake Iseo! Characteristic for its cozy style, it is located just 30 meters from the lake and the main square of the city. Perfect for groups or families, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 different rooms. Enjoy a comfortable stay with all the amenities you need. The space The two-story building, dating back to the 1800s, is located in the picturesque heart of the historic center of Pisogne, a short walk from the charming lake. The entrance leads directly to the living area, a cozy and bright living room with colorful and elegant furnishings. The living room, with fine parquet and wooden ceiling, features a disused fireplace transformed into an elegant support for a smart TV in front of a double sofa bed with a comfortable 17 cm high mattress. To the left of the sofa, an extendable wooden dining table can accommodate 4 to 8 people. The open-plan kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals, is located on the opposite side of the living room. A hallway with designer paintings leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. In the middle of the corridor, on the left, is the windowed bathroom, equipped with a large shower stall, bathtub, sink and toilet. Opposite the bathroom, the first double bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a dresser, a two-door wardrobe, and a window overlooking the historic center, giving a magical awakening in the morning. A little further on, the second double bedroom, the master bedroom, has a luxurious king-size bed, a breakfast table and a large four-door wardrobe. At the end of the hallway, a laundry room with a washing machine is available for longer stays, ensuring every comfort. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively available to those who book. Other things to note Travel light with our welcome kit! This includes: - full bedding - a set of two towels for each guest (a bath towel and a smaller one) - shampoo - body wash - dish soap - a complimentary roll of toilet paper - pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses - some basic condiments, such as salt, oil, pepper and sugar The apartment is located in the historic center in a very characteristic alley, a few meters from the entrance there are several free and paid parking spaces on the street. All amenities can be easily reached on foot from the house. There is a tourist tax to be paid at the property.
