(Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided) The space This is a private Studio Apartment located on the first floor within a quiet apartment building. There are 2 surface parking lots on site - one has stairs to get to the terrace where the private outdoor entrance is located. The other lot does not have stairs. Guest access Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit via the private outdoor entrance 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the above ground parking lot on site. Other things to note If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500. No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
