This property has a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a HEATED communal pool and kiddie pool with direct private beach access to Vilano Beach. The main living area located on the second floor, has an open concept living room with a huge Sony TV and sound bar, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The house is “light and bright” with many sliding doors and windows that open up onto a wide wrap around deck overlooking the pool and surrounding property. On this floor there is also a guest Master Suite with 2 queen size beds and ensuite bathroom. There is an additional half bath in the main living area. On the upper floor you will find the beautiful master suite. Here you have a large oversized deck, complete with Adirondack Chairs, and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet, and full ensuite bath complete with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity. On the lowest level you will find three more large bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and a shared full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite full bathroom. Additionally on the lower level you will find a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. There is a gaming console, ping pong, and foosball to enjoy. Sliding doors lead out to the ground floor wrap around deck with your private HOT TUB and HEATED swimming pool. Book “Casa De Lobos” today and experience Florida Beach living at its finest! “Casa De Lobos” can accommodate up to 12 guests with a bedding configuration as follows: • Bedroom # 1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 • Bedroom # 2: Queen Beds (2) - Sleeps: 4 • Bedroom # 3: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 •Bedroom # 4: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 • Bedroom # 5: Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2 ***PLEASE NOTE*** POOL HEATER RULES: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75). The spa is manually operated. Once turned on it can be set to your desired temperature, below 104º PET POLICY: This home has a $30/pet/day fee. Air BNB will only collect for 1 day. The remaining amount will be requested to be paid via credit card after your stay. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected.
