Our Tinyhouse-type apartment (with its typical space optimization, large staircase furniture, mezzanine bedroom hidden behind the large mashrabiya and oak library), is attached to our house, and separated by "buffer" office and laundry rooms. The walls are double, guaranteeing good sound insulation (you are totally insulated). The place is perfect for staying and discovering La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, just a stone's throw from a nature reserve (Pampin marsh) that will allow you to observe the birds of the marsh, and to access on foot a pebble beach, or by bike to cross the bridge (free of charge) and discover the sandy beaches of Ile de Ré. You are also 15 minutes from downtown La Rochelle and its aquarium by bike paths. The village center with its shops is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away. Guest access The accommodation is accessible from the airport in 5 minutes, about 3 kilometers away, from the La Rochelle ring road in 5 minutes, and from the TGV station in 15 minutes by taxi or bus (line 10). Access is through the bay window on the west side. You can park your vehicle at the height of the room to the east inside the property or outside on the two concrete spaces. In case of absence of the owners on arrival as on departure a key box allows access or handing over in complete freedom.
