Guest access Key collection occurs at our "Agenzia Ago" office, situated at Via Isola 302. A €200 security deposit, payable in cash, along with any locally agreed-upon extras, will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, also at our office. The keys and any parking passes issued must be returned to us by 9:00 am on the day of departure, contingent upon adherence to our regulations, which will be signed by both parties. Our staff will escort you directly to your reserved accommodation unless otherwise arranged. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be collected in cash upon arrival at a rate of €1.50 per person per night for stays up to seven days.
