Each house can accommodate 4 people and is located 8 minutes from El Poblado de Boquerón, one of the island's main tourist attractions in Cabo Rojo. *Each house is booked individually. Book now and enjoy an unparalleled experience at Villa Sol! The space Casa Villa Sol is fully equipped for your comfort. The kitchen has everything you may need: stove, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, and basic stuff such as paper towels and dish soap. There is also a bathroom, a bedroom, a full bed, a sofa bed, dining room, living room and balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a nice breeze. There are two air conditioning units, one for the room and one for the common area. Nearby beaches: Balneario de Boquerón (11 minutes), Playa Combate (11 minutes), Playa Buyé (23 minutes) Playa Los Pozos (21 minutes). Local supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, and bakeries nearby. Laundry room: A washer and dryer are available in the house. Private parking. Green areas are shared with guests from the other house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and share a parking area and green areas with guests staying in the second house. Other things to note Bed linens, towels, and pillows are available. We are providing some bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. For special occasions we offer a floral arrangement service with wine, charcuterie and chocolate. Ask for available package. If you need to wash clothes outside the house, there is a laundromat located in Boquerón (Boqueron's Laundromat) that is about a 5-minute drive from the house. The reservation payment does not include the use of the property's water to wash cars, jet skis, boats or any vehicle or water equipment. To do so, you must pay an extra fee and request approval. Please note that if towels, sheets, or bedding are damaged or affected, the guest will be billed accordingly.
