Secluded house on ridge - panoramic views of Atlantic & Caribbean, 3 mi south of Georgetown for beaches,shopping & food. The house is spacious with 1800 square feet inside and a wrap around balcony. The property is on 2 lots with tropical flowers and birds. A short drive to the 6 amazing southern beaches and steps away to world class bone fishing and snorkel & two miles to Moriah Harbour Nat Park . The space Private, spacious & comfortable house close to the water and town with amazing views & garden.There is a king bed, queen bed, single bed. The house is best suited for up to 5 folks.There is an additional charge for more than 4 folks. A car is suggested for Exuma. Enhanced cleaning protocols used. Get away from it all! We are not on a beach but a short drive away to the 6 best beaches ... Guest access Entire house. The interior space is 1800 square feet with a 400 square foot wrap around upstairs balcony. There is a private entrance Other things to note Guests must be 25 or older unless traveling with parents. WE DO NOT REFUND PAYMENTS DUE TO HURRICANES but you can reschedule for different dates . Travel ins is suggested during hurricane season . Please note when renting a car that our house is in a beautiful location but a bit off the beaten path and the roads are not good on Exuma . We are required by law to pay the Bahamian government a 10 percent VAT tax which is included in the nightly cost.
