Secluded house on ridge - panoramic views of Atlantic & Caribbean, 3 mi south of Georgetown for beaches,shopping & food. The house is spacious with 1800 square feet inside and a wrap around balcony. The property is on 2 lots with tropical flowers and birds. A short drive to the 6 amazing southern beaches and steps away to world class bone fishing and snorkel & two miles to Moriah Harbour Nat Park . Private, spacious & comfortable house close to the water and town with amazing views & garden.There is a king bed, queen bed, single bed. The house is best suited for up to 5 folks.There is an additional charge for more than 4 folks. A car is suggested for Exuma. Enhanced cleaning protocols used. Get away from it all! We are not on a beach but a short drive away to the 6 best beaches ... Entire house. The interior space is 1800 square feet with a 400 square foot wrap around upstairs balcony. There is a private entrance There is a property manager who lives close by and we will also be available by email for any questions. Exuma is a tropical paradise and off the beaten path . A car is suggested for the island and please note that off highway roads not great.... Beautiful views and secluded away from the main road but close to Georgetown and beaches. We are not located on a beach but there are 6 beaches 10-20 minutes away by car. It is a 5 minute walk to the water for great fishing , kayaking and snorkeling though in the neighborhood....but a bit rocky there. Town and restaurants are close by. We can provide car rental options and suggest renting a car to explore the island . The main town is 3 miles away for shopping , restaurants, water taxi and music and most beaches are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. As noted , Exuma roads off the highway are rough. I do fine with a small Honda on our road but you may want to consider something more substantial There is a house book with info about the house and island. We do require a signed lease that we can provide by email when you book the house. There is a 4 night min stay and a refundable security deposit is required. Guests must be 25 or older unless traveling with parents. WE DO NOT REFUND PAYMENTS DUE TO HURRICANES but you can reschedule for different dates . Travel ins is suggested during hurricane season . Last minute cancellations due to pandemic issues may be considered but not guaranteed. Please note when renting a car that our house is in a beautiful location but a bit off the beaten path and the roads are not good on Exuma . We do offer a discount for stays of 30 days...please ask for details
