Private villa with private pool and direct access to a superb beach and lagoon on the East Coast of Mauritius. The house has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large lounge & dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry room. The garden is tropical, and has parking facilities for 3 cars. The house has an alarm system linked to a security office, air con in all bedrooms as well as a cleaning & gardening services. No smoking indoors and no security fence/net with the pool. The space The house is modern (built in 2019) and has all the facilities of a primary home. Note that the swimming pool does NOT have a security fence or net. Guest access Guests can use the entire house except the office of the owner which she keeps as a private storage Other things to note The villa is located in a private seafront location with four other villas. No parties allowed and we expect guests to respect neighbours.
