Guests are solely liable for any parking tickets or towing incurred for parking on the street. - Please note that this is a downstairs unit with shared walls and ceilings. You may hear other guests during your stay. - This unit does NOT contain any laundry machines. - The entry stairs & back entrance is shared. Units at Palm Breeze Apartment Suites are heated and cooled using an HVAC system called a PTAC. You have likely seen this same system used in hotels, and are through wall units that are sized to heat and cool the entire apartment without duct work running to every space. We do provide a fan for the bedroom but please note, the HVAC PTAC unit is located in the living room and does not have a direct duct or feed to the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more!
