The cozy vacation home offers a floor space of about 83 m² and impresses with a spacious living/dining room, equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV, satellite TV and much more – perfect for relaxing evenings. The 15 m² conservatory impresses with its magnificent location and the fantastic view. The house has two lovingly furnished bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with a single bed (80 x 200 cm). The open, spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. A washing machine is also available. In the bathroom, guests can expect a comfortable, walk-in shower. In the colder season, the cottage is heated with a pellet stove and optionally with a night storage heater. No pets and no smoking inside the house. In front of the cottage there is a parking space; more parking is available in the parking lot of the holiday village. The approx. 700 m² property offers a beautiful terrace with a conservatory. A cozy sitting lounge, garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to linger. A Weber gas grill and fireplace grill are also available. Residents and tenants of the Freilingen holiday village can use the public leisure facilities free of charge. These include a refreshing outdoor pool and two tennis courts (please bring suitable shoes), which are open in the summer months, a miniature golf course, a playground with a large climbing spider, ping pong tables, a bocce ball court and much more. Of course, Wi-Fi is available, the use of which is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are available on request for a small fee.
