It is located only 2 miles from the Sports Complex, 1.5 miles from OWA, 3 miles to Tanger Outlets and 10 miles to The Wharf and public beach access. An easy drive to popular dining and family fun! This fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is equipped with a full kitchen, breakfast nook, and dinning room. We offer a pack and play for the littles! The space The property is a fully furnished 2,300 sqft home with front and backyards for playing, games or just chilling. There is plenty of space to get outside as well as inside. The house has a circular driveway with a breezeway carport in the back equipped with lights, ceiling fans, speakers and lounging chairs. Attached to the carport is an enclosed porch to relax, play games, or sneak away from the group to watch TV. The porch also has a second refrigerator/freezer for extra food storage. In the house you will find a living room, large dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, 4 bedrooms with 2 king and 2 queen beds, 2 full baths, and a half batch on the porch for easy access when coming in from the outside. There is WiFi throughout the house and exterior areas. The living room is spacious and opens to the porch via a a set of French doors that can be opened to create one large space with the porch. The living room has a leather couch, love seat, and chair all with recliners in the ends. The space is equipped with a large TV, DVR, HD cable channels, and a Google Max. Note: If you don't like the Google Max feel free to unplug it while you're staying with us. The connected porch has a large high top table that can be used for games or extra eating space along with a cozy entertainment area. The entertainment area has a love seat, Denon stereo with Polk Audio speakers inside and out, a Samsung TV and Blu-ray player with a library of classic movie titles to veg on. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a Vera Wang pillow top mattress. The bedroom as a full bathroom attached with everything you need to get and stay clean. The room is equipped with a LG TV, Samsung sound bar, and a desk with computer monitor with a universal docking station you can connect via USB-C cable. Room also has a large walk in closet for added storage. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur Pedic mattress with head/foot adjustments. On each side of the bed are large nightstands and lamps with a dresser for extra storage. If you need more room for hanging clothes there is a full closet with shelving. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and plenty of space to setup a crib or roll out some sleeping bags for the little ones to play camp out. Two large closets and a third smaller give this room plenty of places to store stuff and play hide and seek. The forth bedroom is a little gem with a queen bed connected to the kitchen. If you have a late night snacker or just a group you want on the opposite end of the house from the 3 main bedrooms this is for them. The room has a night stand and dresser with plenty of closet space. In addition to the full bath in the main bedroom their is a full bath in the hall that is convenient for morning/evening showers. It's also adjacent to the living room so it's easily accessed by all guests. The porch has a convenient 1/2 bath for when you are relaxing outside or on the porch and nature calls. The kitchen is remodeled with all new stainless steel Samsung appliances, countertops, backsplash, and lighting. The kitchen also has a large stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. Everything you would need to cook a meal, eat and drink is at your fingertips in the plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen also features a pass through bar with 3 bar stools in the breakfast area. The dining areas are plentiful with a dining room, breakfast area, and additional seating on the porch. You could sit and feed 20 people with no one sitting on couches or in odd spaces. The breakfast area has a table with four chairs next to the pass through bar. The dining room is attached to the living room and has a spacious dining table that seats 9. The high top table on the porch can seat an additional 8 people. Guest access When you get this house you get the entire house. Not a nook in someone's backyard or a garage converted to a flat.
