Well-equipped house - for rent three days (weekend) / longer

NOTE The tenant must bring their own bedding (duvet cover, sheets and pillowcase) + towel. Small house located shielded from the main house. It is planted, so that you are not disturbed by the main house. Sunny and undisturbed. Short distance to the lake and local center where there is a fish reception and shop in winter (in summer 4 restaurants). Easy to take the bus to Tjøme and Tønsberg. Amazingly beautiful nature in all directions and especially near the sea. Outdoor spaces and "sun terrace" in a separate part of the garden on three sides of the house. Sunny all day. The space Exit on both sides. 1st floor: Kitchen, living room and bathroom with washing machine, stove, fridge/freezer, toilet, Wi-Fi and radio. Tiled bathroom with heating cable. 2nd floor: Slightly steep staircase to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms with sloping walls and low beds. 5 (6) beds in 2 bedrooms: First room double bed, second double bed + a wide/long bed that actually fits two smaller people. Double beds (1.60 and 1.40 respectively) with relatively new mattresses in each room. Space for a cot. The house has worked great for 5 and 6 people for several seasons. Guest access Garden on three sides of the house for guests + 1 parking space at the end of the garage Other things to note The house works for everyone, - also for families with small/older children. Approx. 200 m to Sandøsund with restaurants, grocery store, ice cream kiosk, fishmonger, loading/boat harbor, guest jetty and beaches. There is also the possibility of putting out a dinghy and using the guest harbor (harbor fee per day). Walking distance to Havbakeriet (Saturdays except summer) Short distance for morning swim. Great cycling and hiking terrain with many beaches on a beautiful island (the main road on the island has a walking/bicycle path). 6 min. by car to Tjøme city center where there is a pharmacy, library, liquor store, building materials ++++ Golf course and 12 minutes to the End of the World. Oslofjorden Friluftsråd offers simple accommodation through "Kystleden" at Starthytta (Sandøsund), Tjønneberget (old military camp, but now TOT) and at Ildverket (island). Remember that August and September can be amazingly beautiful with warm evenings and warm sea just like this year! Autumn holiday weeks are/can be beautiful down here.
