Free parking on the driveway or the street (must be facing the same as other vehicles so it will not be towed) Other things to note Small dogs are allowed with prior notification, request breed and must be under 20 lbs. This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom). We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission. No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed. POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT * Pool heat can be available for $45/night *Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on. *Pool heat must be on for the duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F. *Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
