The space Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed and 40" TV Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, large closet, and attached full bathroom Bedroom 3: Bunkbed with two twin mattresses Bedroom 4: Two twin mattresses and attached full bathroom (same bathroom attached to Bedroom 2) Living Room 1: Large couch and loveseat, along with a table for playing games and a piano! Living Room 2: 50" TV. Next to dining room and kitchen. This house includes a basement room, truly rare in Tucson! This can be used as a private, work-from-home office space during your stay. Included for your convenience are a comfortable office chair, a desk, and two monitors with a small TV mounted above them. There is both fast Wifi and wired ethernet in this space. There is also an upstairs workspace, with a desk and an office chair. Free parking in the front yard, where 3-4 cars can be comfortably parked. Carport (with garage door) access in the back for two additional cars as well. Pool is not heated but is open all year. You can use it as a cold plunge in the winter! Guest access The entire home is available. No one else will be staying on the property. I live in Tucson so am available to help you with anything you need during your stay! Other things to note This home is located in the San Clemente neighborhood Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please bring conversations inside at 10PM. Our neighbors are really nice people who work in the morning. :)
