The space The studio features a very quiet private balcony, great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine with a filtered sunset over the green belt. Guest access Parking is next to the garage with two parking spaces available Other things to note Smart TV, Netflix Included, BlueRay DVD available with lots of DVD's, high speed Internet. Lots of amenities you might desire- robes, slippers, yoga mats, readers! (since I lose mine all the time!) and then some. Toiletries, including makeup towelettes (leave with linens in laundry basket). The patio has string lights that dim, are on a remote control that's labeled and has a timer. Also a portable light that taps to turn on/off. Citronella sticks if needed are in the dresser, so is the First Aid Kit. The blinds are the kind that you just push up and pull down by the bottom rung - it does take a bit of pressure to move them. (these i was unfamiliar with so at an airbnb i stayed at in Maui and embarrassed myself by calling the hosts saying they didn't work -ha ha- they were soooo kind about it! There is a breaker box behind the Gustav Klimt poster by the bathroom- occasionally there has been an outage - usually due to too many things on at once (hairdryer and microwave was on instance). We recycle- feel free to leave those in a separate trash bag (located under sink) and I’ll take care of it. I also teach yoga in the yurt on property if you ever want to join a class:) website is same name as Airbnb. The cushions for the outside furniture live under the bed when it’s wet outside- please be mindful of not letting them get drenched out there :) We are planning on getting a roller patio cover sooner than later so that space can be enjoyed in all weather!
