La Residenza consists of 3 houses for 6 people, each of which has a view of the sea. La Residenza I extend to m2 and has a living room, kitchen with dining room, one bedroom with own bath and an extra bathroom on the ground floor. The living room has access to a terrace with a set for enjoying meals and a view of the pool. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning and SAT-TV and one bedroom has access to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. A m2 swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas is available to guests of all houses. A shared terrace with a dining set and grill is also available to guests. Additional features of Villa Residenza include a washing machine, iron, feeder and a baby cot. Private parking is in a fenced yard. A group of young people are not allowed.
