No smoking in the house The space Our spacious, three-floor house offers a peaceful stay in a quiet, neighborhood-watched area. As your hosts, I live here with my two adult children: a 22-year-old son and a 24-year-old daughter, both residing on different floors from the guest room, ensuring you have privacy during your stay. Guest access Please note that the listing is for a room and private bathroom only. All other areas of the house are for family use only. 24/7 CCTV monitors , no camera in bedroom . There will be a microwave , fridge , cups and plates available for guests to heat up food and consume in their respective room. During your stay Guest can get in touch with me or the co host 24/7 via the phone. Other things to note Our home is conveniently located less than a 5 minutes walk from the Aldi supermarket, where you can easily pick up groceries and other necessities. The nearby Hogsheads pub offers a friendly atmosphere and a great selection of food and drinks, perfect for an evening out. For sports enthusiasts, we're just a 7-minute drive from the Wolverhampton football stadium, allowing you to catch a game and enjoy the local sports scene.
