The Private Bedroom: Your private bedroom with a single bed is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. Sleeps 1 person. For your convenience, there's a desk, a bedside table with a lamp and a closet with hangers for your wardrobe. The Shared Bathroom: We have 1.5 shared bathroom is designed with modern convenience in mind. It's equipped with a rejuvenating shower to start your day fresh or unwind after a long day of exploration. Essential amenities such as shampoo, body wash are provided for your comfort. The Shared Kitchen: Our well equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. It includes a stove, air fryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster for your convenience. Cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and a dining table are provided, making it perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to hearty dinners, ensuring you feel right at home. The Shared Laundry: Our shared laundry facilities are equipped to meet all your clothing care needs during your stay. The washing machine and laundry detergent is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily keep your clothes clean throughout your visit. In addition, a rotary clothesline in the backyard provides ample space for drying your laundry. Other things to note ----- EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ----- - We are unable to determine the possibility of early check-in until the day of reservation. - If you do require early check-in, please message me to see availability instead of a making a reservation request/booking – we will try our best to accommodate you however it is not guaranteed. - All reservation early check-in or late check-out requests are accepted but not guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day. We will do our best to prioritise your request, however without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times. - Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. - Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out. - Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in. ----- ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES ----- To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following rules: *IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES - VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS* 1. Safety First: Keep your room tidy and free from fire hazards. 2. Visitors: Overnight visitors are not allowed. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance. A violation by a visitor of the guest will be considered as a violation by the guest. 3. Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness in all areas, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms. A cleaning fee of A$50 will be charged for leaving these areas unclean. 4. No Smoking, Substances & Alcohol: Smoking & Substance use is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of A$250 and a fire department fine of A$2500. You may smoke outside the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Alcohol may be consumed moderately, with proper disposal - no excessive intoxication. 5. Quiet Hours: To respect everyone's rest, please keep noise levels low from 10 PM to 8 AM. 6. Late Check-Out: We kindly ask you to check out by 10 AM. Late check-out without approval will incur the cost of another night. If an unapproved late check-out results in the cancellation of the next guest, you will be required to pay the cost of the cancellation. 7. Kitchen and Dishes: Please wash your dishes and keep these areas clean for the next guest. A cleaning fee of A$50 will be charged for leaving dirty dishes. 8. Fridge: Remember to take your items from the fridge upon check-out. 9. Rubbish: Dispose of your rubbish in the bin outside the house. 10. Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property. 11. Fire Safety: Keep hallways, stairways, and fire escapes clear at all times. Any cost incurred from triggering the alarm system due to excessive smoke will be charged to the guest. 12. Room Access: Our staff may be required to access to your room for repairs, maintenance, or drop-offs in rare situations. We will provide as much notice as possible. 13. Appliance Usage: Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use. 14. Building Security: Please do not let anyone else in, even if they claim to be a guest as all guests will have their own access. Please also ensure windows and doors are locked when leaving the property. 15. Laundry: Use the provided laundry detergent and remember to turn off the iron after use. 16.
